Job Description:
✈ Expedite and route cargo across air, sea, road, and rail terminals
📦 Process orders, coordinate pickups, and manage delivery scheduling
📄 Prepare, review, and validate shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, tariffs)
💬 Negotiate transport terms with freight providers
📍 Track shipment milestones and provide operational insights
⚖ Advise on shipping methods, payment terms, and regulatory compliance
📊 Record shipment metrics (weights, costs, transit times) to improve AI datasets
🤝 Collaborate with AI teams to refine logistics workflows and documentation accuracy
Job Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as Freight Forwarder, Cargo Agent, Load Planner, or Logistics Coordinator
✔ Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and cargo operations
✔ Experience negotiating with carriers and logistics partners
✔ Familiarity with shipment tracking systems and terminal operations
✔ Strong communication and analytical skills
✔ Comfortable working in a tech-enabled, remote environment

• Knowledge of international freight regulations & customs procedures
• Experience in multi-modal shipping environments
• Exposure to AI training, automation, or digital logistics platforms
