Job Description:
📘 Manage general ledger activities, journal entries & reconciliations
📅 Support month-end and year-end closing cycles
📊 Prepare financial statements & management reports
⚖ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
🛡 Handle insurance-related accounting (premiums, claims, reserves)
🔍 Coordinate with internal & external auditors
📈 Conduct variance analysis & financial performance reviews
⚙ Support process improvement & accounting automation initiatives
🗂 Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔ 4–7 years of accounting or financial reporting experience
✔ Prior experience in insurance or financial services (strongly preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles & reporting standards
✔ ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar systems)
✔ Strong analytical skills & high attention to detail
✔ Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
