Job Description:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning needs
• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team
• Strengthen partnerships with hiring managers to improve hiring efficiency
• Oversee full recruitment cycle (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Build and maintain a strong employer branding presence
• Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate experience)
• Manage relationships with agencies, job boards, and universities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
• Drive diversity & inclusion initiatives in hiring
• Manage ATS and HR recruitment technologies
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in leadership/supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
• Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and platforms such as LinkedIn
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
