Job Description:
• Oversee global freight operations (air, sea, land) across multiple regions
• Manage international shipping, customs clearance, and trade compliance
• Develop logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve service levels
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers
• Monitor KPIs (OTIF, lead times, freight cost, inventory turnover)
• Lead cross-border coordination across MENA and international markets
• Implement ERP and digital logistics tools to enhance efficiency
• Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
Job Requirements:
• 7–10+ years of logistics or supply chain experience
• Proven background in managing international freight operations
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Experience leading distributed or remote teams
• Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)

• Experience within multinational logistics or freight companies
• Exposure to EMEA trade routes
• Professional certification (CSCP, CLTD, or similar)
