Job Description:
• Lead global logistics operations across multiple countries and regions
• Develop logistics strategies aligned with business growth and operational goals
• Manage international transportation across air, sea, and road freight
• Oversee customs clearance, trade documentation, and import/export compliance
• Optimize logistics costs, delivery timelines, and service performance
• Manage relationships with logistics providers, carriers, and 3PL partners
• Monitor logistics KPIs, performance metrics, and service level agreements
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans for cross-border logistics operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and logistics process optimization
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles with international exposure
• Proven experience managing global and multi-country logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs regulations, and trade compliance
• Experience with ERP systems and transportation management tools
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-time-zone environment
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
