Job Description:
Strategic Planning & Advisory
• Support corporate and subsidiary-level strategy development
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and expansion planning
• Contribute to annual planning cycles and long-term roadmaps
• Provide data-driven insights for executive decisions
Operational Excellence
• Analyze workflows, cost structures, and performance metrics
• Identify inefficiencies and lead optimization initiatives
• Implement KPI frameworks and performance dashboards
• Drive cross-functional performance improvement projects
Financial & Commercial Analysis
• Review financials, budgets, and forecasts to identify gaps
• Build financial models and scenario analyses
• Support cost reduction and margin improvement strategies
• Evaluate pricing models and revenue optimization opportunities
Transformation & Change Management
• Lead restructuring and organizational improvement initiatives
• Drive transformation projects across multiple markets
• Align with HR and leadership for change implementation
• Track post-implementation impact and performance
Stakeholder Management
• Prepare executive reports and board-level presentations
• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions
• Coordinate between subsidiaries and leadership teams
• Ensure alignment between strategy and execution
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred
• 7–12 years in consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation roles
• Experience in holding companies or multi-entity environments is a big advantage
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience leading cross-functional and cross-border projects
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills
• Excellent English communication skills
