Job Description:
• Respond to customer inquiries عبر calls أو systems
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints بسرعة
• Handle VIP العملاء بمستوى خدمة أعلى
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication
• Follow company procedures and service standards
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• English level B1+
• Strong communication & handling skills
• Residents of Cairo or Giza
Nice to Have
• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to work under pressure and shifts
