Job Description:

• Support full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → offer stage) • Conduct initial interviews for blue & white collar roles • Source candidates عبر job boards و LinkedIn و social media • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers • Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure smooth communication • Prepare hiring reports and track recruitment metrics

Job Requirements:

• 6 months – 1 year experience in recruitment • Experience in sourcing & initial screening • Strong communication skills (Arabic & English) • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to work in fast-paced environments Nice to Have • Experience with ATS systems • Exposure to high-volume hiring (especially blue collar) 🎁 Opportunity Highlights • Strong learning curve in real hiring environments • Direct mentorship from experienced HR team • Clear growth path داخل Talent Acquisition • Exposure to both operational & corporate hiring 💡 Reality Check (Important) This isn’t a “people-friendly desk job.” Recruitment—especially blue collar—is volume + pressure.
