Looking to build real-world AI systems that go beyond models and into production?
Bayantech is hiring an AI Engineer to join our team in Giza (Hybrid work model).
📍 Location: Giza, Egypt (Hybrid)
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Design & develop AI-powered solutions (NLP, speech, vision, OCR, structured data)
• Build systems for search, summarization, QA, automation & intelligent assistants
• Work with LLMs, speech models, image models & multimodal AI systems
• Develop scalable AI pipelines handling text, audio, images, PDFs, forms & more
• Deploy AI services into production and integrate with real-world applications
• Optimize models for quality, speed, cost & scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business)
• Contribute to AI architecture, mentoring & technical best practices
Job Requirements:
✔ Strong Python & AI/ML development experience
✔ Experience with backend systems, APIs & production software
✔ Understanding of model evaluation, data pipelines & deployment
✔ Familiarity with Docker, Linux, Git & cloud environments
✔ Strong problem-solving & system design skills
⭐ Preferred Experience:
• LLMs, NLP & retrieval systems
• Computer vision, OCR & document intelligence
• Speech-to-text / text-to-speech systems
• Multimodal AI systems
• Arabic AI / dialect processing (plus)
