Ready to lead finance for one of the world's leading logistics and port operators?
DP World is hiring a Finance Director – Ports & Terminals to drive financial strategy, business performance, governance, and commercial decision-making across its operations in Egypt.
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance reporting
✅ Provide financial insights on revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, and cost optimization
✅ Partner with Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and HR teams
✅ Ensure compliance with financial controls, audits, and regulatory requirements
✅ Manage working capital, cash flow, collections, and funding needs
✅ Evaluate investments, major contracts, CAPEX projects, and business opportunities
✅ Build relationships with banks, auditors, government entities, and key stakeholders
✅ Lead and develop high-performing finance teams
Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
🔹 CPA, CMA, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
🔹 MBA or Master's Degree is a plus
🔹 12–15+ years of finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles
🔹 Strong knowledge of Egyptian finance, tax, banking, and regulatory frameworks
🔹 Experience in financial modeling, investment appraisal, and business case analysis
🔹 Experience in multinational organizations is highly preferred
🔹 Fluency in English required
🔹 Egyptian nationality preferred
