Arab African International Bank is hiring Fresh Graduates for its Branches Network to support teller operations, customer service, and branch floor management while gaining hands-on experience in banking operations and customer relationship management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
💰 Cash Transactions & Teller Duties
• Handle teller responsibilities when assigned
• Process over-the-counter (OTC) transactions accurately
• Support customer service through sales referrals and proactive outreach
🏢 Operations Support
• Perform operations coordinator duties when assigned
• Handle customer walk-in transactions (transfers, cheques, etc.)
• Support branch sales through customer referrals
📊 Floor Management
• Meet and guide customers within the branch
• Direct customers to appropriate staff and services
• Educate customers on ATM usage and digital banking services
• Assist with quick transactions (cards, deposits, statements, etc.)
🤝 Customer Relationship Management
• Handle customer queries and provide timely support
• Explain banking products (accounts, loans, credit cards, etc.)
• Open different types of accounts (current, savings, deposits)
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
• Good / Very Good / Excellent graduation grade
• Strong communication skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Fresh graduates are welcome
