Breadfast is hiring a Material Planner to manage raw material and packaging planning, optimize inventory levels, and ensure smooth coordination between production, procurement, and suppliers to support continuous operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Plan raw materials and packaging supply based on production requirements
• Ensure cost-effective ordering while maintaining optimal inventory levels
• Monitor supplier performance for key materials and packaging
• Develop monthly MRP plans aligned with production forecasts and stock levels
• Expedite or delay materials to support flexible production schedules
• Coordinate closely with production planners for material requirements
• Track raw & packaging inventory and drive continuous optimization
• Escalate material risks to procurement when needed
• Support new product trials and material requirements
• Monitor planning KPIs and update stock reports regularly
Job Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in material planning or FMCG supply chain
• Strong knowledge of inventory planning and MRP processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
• ERP system experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Strong command of written and spoken English
