🚀 About the Role:
We are looking for a service-oriented Help Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support and ensure smooth IT operations for users across the organization.
You will handle troubleshooting, user support, system access, and ensure a seamless IT experience for employees and customers.
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues
• Assist with password resets, account management, and access requests
• Document incidents and resolutions in support systems
• Escalate complex issues to IT teams when needed
• Install and configure business applications and devices
• Monitor support queues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain knowledge base and support documentation
• Support onboarding and offboarding IT processes
• Deliver professional customer-focused IT support
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science / IS or related field
• 0–3 years experience in IT support / Help Desk / Technical Support
• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with patience and professionalism
• Ability to multitask effectively
• IT certifications (A+, ITIL) are a plus
