📢 Marketing Coordinator / Media Buyer | 💰 Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 TRY / Month 📍 Sheikh Zayed, Giza, Egypt 🕒 Full Time | Hybrid 💰 Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 TRY / Month Plan B Oncocare is hiring a Marketing Coordinator / Media Buyer to manage social media operations, coordinate content workflows, oversee performance tracking, and support paid media campaigns across international digital marketing projects. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate daily social media operations across multiple platforms • Manage communication between video editors and social media managers • Organize weekly content calendars and publishing schedules • Track deadlines, uploads, captions, subtitles, stories, and content assets • Ensure accurate publishing across social channels • Monitor content performance and engagement metrics • Identify high-performing content for paid promotion • Manage and optimize small paid advertising campaigns • Boost videos and posts across social platforms • Track campaign performance and budget utilization • Compare performance across channels, languages, and teams • Prepare reports and recommend improvements based on analytics

Job Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or content operations • Experience with paid social campaigns and content boosting • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content workflows • Experience coordinating freelancers and remote teams • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills • Ability to manage content calendars and reporting processes • Understanding of engagement metrics, views, clicks, growth, and paid campaign KPIs • Ability to identify strong-performing content and marketing opportunities • Good English communication skills • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, project management tools, WhatsApp, Telegram, or similar platforms is a plus • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
