Palm Outsourcing is hiring a Marketing Data Analyst to support a fast-growing e-commerce business specializing in energy-efficient solutions. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about marketing analytics, data visualization, experimentation, and performance optimization.
📍 Location: Remote (Egypt)
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9 AM – 6 PM (UK Hours)
💷 Salary: Attractive Top-of-Market Package (Paid in GBP/USD)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Own marketing performance reporting and deliver actionable insights
• Analyze digital campaigns across Google Ads, PPC, and social media channels
• Build and maintain dashboards using Looker, GA4, and BigQuery
• Monitor marketing KPIs and identify optimization opportunities
• Analyze A/B testing results and provide strategic recommendations
• Support attribution analysis using Northbeam and other marketing tools
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from cross-functional teams
• Translate complex data into clear business recommendations
• Collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and performance teams
Job Requirements:
✔ 5+ years of experience in Marketing Data Analytics
✔ Strong expertise in Google Ads, GA4, Looker, and BigQuery
✔ Advanced knowledge of marketing performance metrics and attribution
✔ Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
✔ SQL proficiency, especially within BigQuery
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience with Northbeam or similar attribution platforms
• E-commerce or digital-first business experience
• Experience handling large datasets and advanced reporting frameworks
