### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment administration activities including job postings, interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding, and system updates
• Maintain accurate reports, trackers, and operational documentation
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and client requirements
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and stakeholders
• Support escalations and process-related inquiries
• Assist in training and supporting junior team members

Job Requirements:
