This role is ideal for candidates with experience in recruitment operations, HR administration, onboarding, and stakeholder coordination. You will play a key role in supporting the recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a seamless and compliant candidate experience. --- ### 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Manage recruitment administration activities including job postings, interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding, and system updates • Maintain accurate reports, trackers, and operational documentation • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and client requirements • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and stakeholders • Support escalations and process-related inquiries • Assist in training and supporting junior team members • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization • Monitor workload allocation and quality standards across the team • Utilize recruitment technologies and automation tools effectively

Job Requirements:
