🚀 Join Optimarc Pharma and become part of a dynamic Supply Chain team managing pharmaceutical import logistics, customs clearance, and end-to-end shipment operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full shipment lifecycle from booking to warehouse delivery
• Handle ACID procedures through the Nafeza platform
• Track shipping lines, shipment status, and customs clearance activities
• Coordinate pharmaceutical, cosmetics, veterinary, feed, and NFSA-related shipments
• Review shipping documents and confirm CargoX uploads from suppliers
• Follow up on original shipping documents and shipment tracking
• Coordinate with Finance and banks regarding payment procedures
• Liaise with Regulatory Affairs teams for EDA and NFSA approvals
• Follow up with customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely clearance
• Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding shipment arrivals and storage requirements
• Manage transportation and clearance of imported materials
• Ensure compliance with customs, import/export, and logistics regulations
• Support the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures
