Pearson is hiring an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product adoption, fulfillment, integrations, and access management across its Higher Education ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Experience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Own and scale Pearson's product adoption and fulfillment ecosystem
• Manage technical product development for integrations and access solutions
• Create product requirements and manage engineering backlogs
• Prioritize features and roadmap initiatives
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, CX, and Product teams
• Design and improve customer access and integration workflows
• Analyze customer feedback and product usage data
• Define product growth opportunities and strategic roadmap initiatives
• Lead go-to-market planning and product documentation
• Drive data-informed decision making across product development
• Build relationships with stakeholders across multiple Pearson business units
• Ensure seamless instructor adoption and student access experiences
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional projects
• Strong experience with APIs, technical integrations, or platform products
• Ability to work closely with software engineering teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience prioritizing development backlogs
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
