📢 Talent Acquisition Supervisor 📍 Location: Giza, Al Jizah, Egypt 🏢 Company: Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) 💼 Job Type: Full Time 🚀 Join one of Egypt’s leading real estate groups and play a key role in driving recruitment strategy, team leadership, and talent acquisition excellence. 🔹 Responsibilities: • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the recruitment team performance • Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies across departments • Manage high-priority and leadership-level hiring requisitions • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire, sourcing effectiveness) • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs • Post vacancies and ensure effective sourcing channel selection • Screen candidates and conduct initial assessments • Support recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding activities • Conduct interviews (CBI) and provide candidate feedback • Manage job offers, onboarding, and new joiner orientation • Support HR team in JD updates and workforce planning • Prepare turnover reports and support retention strategies • Follow up on probation performance evaluations • Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and analytics

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • 5+ years recruitment experience, including 1–2 years in supervisory role • Strong leadership and coaching abilities • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making • Experience in fast-paced recruitment environments
