### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Strategically manage warehouse operations in line with company policies and objectives
🔹 Oversee receiving, storage, distribution, and warehouse maintenance
🔹 Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
🔹 Establish and enforce efficient operational policies and procedures
🔹 Ensure compliance with warehousing, handling, and shipping regulations
🔹 Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards
🔹 Manage stock control and reconcile inventory with system records
🔹 Plan work schedules, allocate tasks, and evaluate team performance
🔹 Recruit, train, coach, and motivate warehouse employees
🔹 Prepare regular operational reports, including stock movement and dead-stock reports

Job Requirements:
