Are you experienced in **Revenue Management**, **Short-Term Rentals**, or **Hospitality**? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing vacation rental company where you'll manage client relationships while driving revenue growth across a portfolio of properties.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
✅ Build strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
✅ Develop and execute revenue strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and profitability.
✅ Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
✅ Manage pricing, availability, and booking restrictions across multiple OTAs.
✅ Use revenue management platforms such as **PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing**, or similar tools.
✅ Prepare and present reports covering Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue performance.
✅ Collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, and Marketing teams to improve portfolio performance.
✅ Identify new revenue opportunities and recommend process improvements.
✅ Deliver proactive communication and strategic recommendations to clients.
Job Requirements:
✔ **3+ years** of experience in **Account Management, Revenue Management, or Short-Term Rental Operations**.
✔ Proven experience managing revenue strategies for vacation rentals or hospitality portfolios.
✔ Hands-on experience with **PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing**, or similar revenue management software.
✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills.
✔ Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills.
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
### ⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
➕ Experience managing **Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO**, and other OTA platforms.
➕ Knowledge of PMS platforms such as **Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Lodgify, or OwnerRez**.
➕ Background in Hospitality, Real Estate, or Vacation Rentals.
➕ Experience working with U.S.-based property management companies.
➕ Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
