📍 **Location:** Cairo, Egypt
EGIC is looking for an experienced **Logistics Supervisor** to lead and optimize logistics operations, ensuring efficient transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution while driving continuous supply chain improvements.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Plan, support, and optimize logistics operations across transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
✅ Analyze logistics processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
✅ Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance operational performance.
✅ Monitor key logistics KPIs, including delivery performance, inventory accuracy, transportation costs, and service levels.
✅ Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams.
✅ Manage and evaluate third-party logistics (3PL) providers and vendors.
✅ Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and customs requirements.
✅ Identify logistics risks and implement contingency plans.
✅ Prepare logistics reports, forecasts, and performance recommendations for management.
✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support warehouse and inventory management activities.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in **Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field**.
✔ **5–8 years** of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation.
✔ Experience within the **Manufacturing or Industrial sector** is highly preferred.
✔ Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
✔ Hands-on experience with **SAP, Oracle ERP, or similar ERP systems**.
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

➕ **CLTD (Certified in Logistics, Transportation & Distribution)**
