### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage a team of logistics operators.
✅ Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies.
✅ Oversee receiving, put-away, storage, kitting, shipping, and line feeding operations.
✅ Ensure alignment between physical inventory and ERP system transactions.
✅ Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Optimize warehouse layout and Kanban material flow.
✅ Train and support warehouse staff on ERP processes.
✅ Manage third-party logistics providers (3PL) and monitor their performance.
✅ Ensure material availability and on-time delivery to production lines.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in **Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field** *(Mandatory).*
✔ **Minimum 2 years of experience in a management position** *(Mandatory).*
✔ Experience working with **ERP systems** *(Mandatory).*
✔ Experience with **SAP ERP (IM & WM Modules)** is a strong advantage.
✔ Supply Chain specialization is a plus.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
✔ Team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
