Join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company trusted by leading global brands, especially in the sports industry. As a Client Delivery Operations team member, you'll coordinate client onboarding, product rollouts, issue resolution, and ongoing delivery while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Support, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth execution and outstanding customer experience.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Manage client onboarding, configuration, and feature rollouts
✅ Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Account teams
✅ Turn client requests into clear action plans and priorities
✅ Investigate issues, identify blockers, and drive resolutions
✅ Maintain visibility on project status, risks, and dependencies
✅ Communicate clear progress updates to clients and internal teams
✅ Improve delivery processes, templates, and operational workflows
✅ Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and delivery
Job Requirements:
✔ Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
✔ Excellent written communication skills in English
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong organizational and coordination skills
✔ Technical curiosity with an interest in systems and SaaS products
✔ Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
✔ Experience using AI tools to improve productivity is a plus

• Experience in Client Operations, Product Operations, Customer Success, Implementation, or Technical Support
• Experience with SaaS platforms, CMS, integrations, or developer-focused products
• Background in sports, media, content, or digital platforms
