🔹 About the Role:
TAQA Arabia is hiring a **Receivables Accountant** to manage daily sales reconciliation, customer collections, receivables, petty cash, and site financial operations while coordinating closely with the Cairo Finance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career finance professionals residing in Hurghada.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions and site accounts
✅ Review sales records and counter readings to ensure accuracy
✅ Handle customer collections, advance payments, and account follow-up
✅ Maintain Accounts Receivable records and support collection activities
✅ Monitor site operating expenses and ensure proper documentation
✅ Manage petty cash in line with company policies
✅ Coordinate daily with the Cairo Finance Team and provide required financial information
✅ Support monthly financial closing and account reconciliations
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
✔ Fresh graduates or candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply
✔ Experience in Utilities, Infrastructure, Construction, or Water Treatment is a plus
✔ Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
✔ Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
✔ Commerce (English Section) graduates are preferred
✔ Must be a resident of Hurghada or the Red Sea Governorate
✔ Good knowledge of IFRS and Egyptian Tax Regulations
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
