🔹 About the Role:
Y-Lights is looking for a **Logistics Specialist** to support its supply chain operations by coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth movement of raw materials and finished products across the business.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, warehouses, and transport providers
✅ Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products to customers and project sites
✅ Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using ERP systems
✅ Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
✅ Track shipments and resolve logistics or delivery issues promptly
✅ Prepare logistics documentation, shipping records, and inventory reports
✅ Analyze logistics performance and recommend process improvements
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and product handling procedures
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ 1+ year of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Inventory Management
✔ Manufacturing experience is a plus
✔ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Systems
✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills
✔ Good knowledge of shipping, warehousing, and inventory control processes
