🔹 About the Role:
LEONI Egypt is seeking an experienced **Internal Material Flow & Warehouse Team Leader** to oversee warehouse operations, optimize internal material flow, lead warehouse teams, and drive operational excellence across warehousing and supply chain activities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, sequencing, shipping, and material flow
✅ Develop and improve warehouse processes, standards, and work instructions
✅ Lead, coach, and evaluate warehouse teams while supporting employee development
✅ Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures
✅ Maintain high inventory accuracy and oversee warehouse equipment utilization and maintenance
✅ Collaborate with Supply Chain and Facilities teams on warehouse system design and customer projects
✅ Monitor, analyze, and report warehouse and material flow KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
✔ 5–8 years of experience in Warehousing and Internal Material Flow Operations
✔ At least 3 years of leadership experience in warehouse operations
✔ Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM is a strong advantage
✔ Professional proficiency in English
✔ Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities
