Banque du Caire is looking for a **Senior Business Analyst** to bridge the gap between business and technology by driving process improvements, gathering business requirements, and delivering technology solutions that support the bank's strategic objectives.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and maintain **Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)**, **Software Requirements Specifications (SRSs)**, and Scope Documents.
✅ Manage the full requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, analysis, validation, approval, and change management.
✅ Review test scenarios and validate testing results to ensure business requirements are met.
✅ Conduct system demonstrations and support end-user training.
✅ Apply **Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)** methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
✅ Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions.
✅ Ensure compliance with **Central Bank of Egypt (CBE)** regulations and internal bank policies.
✅ Support Project/Product Managers in planning and project coordination.
✅ Evaluate solution options and assess both business and technical feasibility.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
✔ **3–5 years** of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role.
✔ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Proficiency in business analysis and project management tools.
✔ Professional certifications such as **CBAP, Lean, Six Sigma, or BPR** are considered an advantage.
