📍 **Location:** Remote (Egypt)
✅ Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
* Coordinate Shopify projects and align business goals with internal teams.
* Monitor project timelines and communicate progress proactively.
* Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimization opportunities.
* Collaborate with design and development teams to drive client success.
* Support client renewals, upselling opportunities, and long-term partnerships.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong client relationship and account management experience.
* Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in **eCommerce** (preferably **Shopify / Shopify Plus**).
* Agency, SaaS, or technology services experience is a strong advantage.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
