💼 **Position:** Employee Engagement & Comms Specialist
Vodafone Egypt is looking for a creative and proactive professional to manage **internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, digital channels, and companywide events**.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging newsletters, emails & digital content
• Manage internal communication channels and platforms
• Develop culture & employee engagement initiatives
• Support and manage companywide events
• Act as an event **MC** when required
• Collaborate with different teams to create impactful content
• Monitor communication performance and employee reach
• Manage internal branding, employee apps, digital signage & other channels
• Stay updated on communication trends and best practices
Job Requirements:
• **2+ years** of experience in Marketing or PR agencies
• Experience in internal communications & channel management
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience with digital communication tools and platforms
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Video editing / multimedia production experience is a plus
• Knowledge of AI tools such as **Adobe Creative Suite, Magnific AI & ElevenLabs** is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or related field preferred
• Flexibility to support events and campaigns
