Breadfast is looking for a **Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist** to manage the hiring journey from sourcing and interviews to offers and onboarding, while also supporting hiring managers and guiding the TA team.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Post and source candidates for open positions
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates
• Provide detailed candidate feedback to hiring managers
• Facilitate technical interviews and assessments when needed
• Manage the offer and onboarding process
• Close positions efficiently and maintain hiring reports
• Provide weekly and monthly recruitment reports
• Guide and support TA Coordinators & Specialists
• Support hiring managers in creating job descriptions
• Handle employee inquiries for assigned functions
• Conduct probation reviews and exit interviews
Job Requirements:
• **3–6 years** of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR
• **3+ years** of hands-on hiring experience
• Excellent command of **English**
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong **negotiation and time-management** skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent **Excel & analytical tools** skills
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities
