Müller's Solutions is hiring an **IT Support professional** to provide technical assistance to customers and employees remotely.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide technical support via phone, email & remote tools
• Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
• Install and configure software and operating systems
• Document support requests and solutions
• Support remote workstation setup
• Escalate complex technical issues when needed
• Train users on software and IT best practices
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
• 1–3 years of IT Support / Helpdesk experience
• Good knowledge of Windows, macOS and common software
• Hardware troubleshooting knowledge
• Strong problem-solving & communication skills
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
• IT certifications such as A+ or CompTIA are a plus
