Swisstech is looking for a **Senior UI/UX Designer** to lead user-centric experiences across web and mobile fintech products and contribute to scalable, secure financial technology platforms.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead UI/UX design across web and mobile fintech products
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems
• Combine UI design with graphic design, branding, illustrations, logos, and icons
• Own projects from concept through production and developer handoff
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, and Engineers
• Maintain consistent design language and brand identity
• Present and communicate design decisions to stakeholders
Job Requirements:
• **5+ years of professional experience** in UI/UX, Product Design, or a similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product and graphic design
• Advanced proficiency in **Figma**
• Advanced skills in **Adobe Creative Suite**
• Experience creating and maintaining **Design Systems**
• Strong knowledge of Material Design and Apple HIG
• Strong understanding of usability and accessibility
• Experience designing complex **Fintech, SaaS, or Enterprise** systems
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with fintech, payments, or compliance-heavy products is highly preferred
• Fluent English is highly preferable
• Motion design and basic frontend knowledge are a plus
