**Key Responsibilities:**
🔹 Develop and execute SME lending and portfolio growth strategies
🔹 Manage lending, disbursement, portfolio quality, and collection targets
🔹 Lead, coach, and develop the SME team
🔹 Monitor KPIs, performance, risks, and portfolio quality
🔹 Ensure compliance with credit policies and risk guidelines
🔹 Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Collection, and Operations teams
🔹 Ensure efficient execution from customer sourcing to disbursement
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
✅ 8–12 years of experience in SME lending, microfinance, banking, or financial services
✅ Previous managerial or team leadership experience
✅ Strong knowledge of SME lending and credit processes
✅ Good understanding of credit risk and portfolio management
✅ Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
