ADIB Egypt is looking for a **Swift Operations Officer / Senior Officer** to support SWIFT operations, message processing, banking operations, reconciliation, security, and process improvements.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming and outgoing **SWIFT messages** and corrective actions
• Ensure proper routing of messages and clear suspense queues
• Reroute rejected messages to the concerned units
• Archive SWIFT messages and maintain daily backups
• Update correspondent files and **BIC codes**
• Resolve SWIFT issues and manage SWIFT keys
• Support LC & LG departments with customer registration procedures
• Coordinate cash and shipment deals received from correspondent banks
• Update daily rates and ensure timely uploading
• Create message partners, exit point profiles, and queues
• Monitor connectivity, delays, and deletion issues
• Participate in UAT testing and review implementation results
• Reconcile incoming and outgoing messages
• Handle complaints in coordination with Compliance & Governance teams
• Contribute to improving SWIFT processes, procedures, and operational efficiency
Job Requirements:
• **Bachelor’s Degree**
• **2–5+ years of relevant experience**
• **2+ years of work experience with SWIFT**
• Good knowledge of banking functions, responsibilities, and processes
• Very good analytical skills
• Very good presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of **MS Office, especially Excel & Word**
