🛡️ Arabic Generalist Expert — $28 – $32/hour - Remote** 💰 **Pay:** $28 – $32/hour 📄 **Type:** Part-Time 🌍 **Work Model:** Remote 📍 **MENA Preferred** An opportunity for **Arabic & English bilingual professionals** to help make advanced AI models safer by evaluating how they handle sensitive topics in Arabic. 🤖 **No prior AI/ML experience required — training is provided.** ### 🔹 What You’ll Do • Write expert-level prompts in **Arabic** across sensitive subject areas • Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations • Identify adversarial phrasing and escalation patterns • Document the reasoning behind your judgments • Help improve the safety and reliability of advanced AI models

Job Requirements:

• Native or near-native **Arabic** fluency • Business-level written **English** • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress • Strong written reasoning and attention to detail • Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information ### ⭐ Nice to Have • Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written/technical content • Background in **Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Policy Evaluation, or Adversarial Testing** • Based in **Saudi Arabia or the wider MENA region** — preferred, not required ### 🚀 Project Timeline 📅 **Start Date:** Immediate 📌 **Important:** Applicants outside MENA are welcome. AI/ML experience is **not required**.
