### 🔹 What You’ll Do
• Design task-specific grading criteria for real-world marketing deliverables
• Evaluate **AI-generated and human work samples**
• Assess creative briefs, campaign concepts, decks, brand positioning, messaging, ad copy, scripts, and integrated campaigns
• Provide detailed, well-reasoned written justifications for scores
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment
• Incorporate reviewer feedback and iterate quickly
Job Requirements:
• **5+ years** of professional experience in Marketing or Advertising
• Background as a **Creative Director, Account Lead, Brand Strategist**, or senior brand marketing professional
• Experience at top-tier creative agencies or leading consumer companies
• Strong expertise in **creative briefs, campaign development, brand positioning & messaging**
• Ability to evaluate creative work against a brief and business objective
• Exceptional written communication and analytical judgment
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with peer review and calibration
### ⭐ Preferred
• Prior experience with **AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects**
