A new opportunity for **bilingual Arabic & English speakers** to help make advanced AI models safer — with **no prior AI/ML experience required**. Training is provided on the workflow.
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Write expert-level **Arabic prompts** across sensitive subject areas
🔹 Classify prompts and conversations using structured guidelines
🔹 Identify **adversarial phrasing and escalation patterns**
🔹 Document the reasoning behind your judgments
🔹 Help improve how advanced AI models handle sensitive topics in Arabic
Job Requirements:
✅ Native or near-native **Arabic** fluency
✅ Business-level **written English**
✅ Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
✅ Strong written reasoning and attention to detail
✅ Sound judgment when handling sensitive and dual-use information
### Nice to Have
⭐ Based in **Saudi Arabia or the wider MENA region** — preferred, not required
⭐ Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming content
⭐ Background in **Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Policy Evaluation, or Adversarial Testing**
