**Arab Bank** is hiring a **Branch Manager** to lead branch performance, sales, customer service, staff development, and day-to-day branch operations.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Implement the branch **sales budget and business plan**
• Drive and track branch performance against business, sales, and service-quality targets
• Increase customer base through **direct and cross-selling** of banking products and services
• Manage staff vacations and vacancies to maintain high service levels
• Conduct regular performance reviews with branch staff
• Coach and train employees on bank products, services, policies, and procedures
• Manage and approve counter transactions according to the authority matrix
• Ensure all audit findings are fully addressed with no recurring issues
• Implement the branch **channels migration strategy**
• Manage staff rotation to ensure full coverage of branch functions
• Ensure daily coverage of Meeter/Greeter and CIO desks
• Maintain customer service standards across all customer segments
• Ensure adherence to the **Branch Operating Model**
Job Requirements:
• University degree in **Business Administration or Finance** from a reputable university
• **Minimum 8 years of banking experience**
• Branch management experience is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Strong **sales and service orientation**
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management capabilities
