micro1 is engaging experienced **DevOps Engineers** to contribute to a customer project focused on scalable, modern cloud infrastructure while helping train next-generation AI systems.
This opportunity is ideal for engineers with strong expertise in **automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and production-grade systems**.
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-style scenarios
🔹 Work across **CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, and incident response**
🔹 Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps
🔹 Review AI-generated outputs, identify failures, and provide precise corrections
🔹 Explain technical reasoning behind solutions and engineering decisions
🔹 Maintain a high standard for correctness and reproducibility
🔹 Provide structured feedback to improve future AI training tasks
Job Requirements:
✅ **3+ years** of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering
✅ Strong coding ability in **Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript**
✅ Hands-on experience with **CI/CD** — GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.
✅ Strong **Docker & Kubernetes** experience
✅ Experience with at least one major cloud platform: **AWS, GCP, or Azure**
✅ Infrastructure as Code experience with **Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation**
✅ Advanced **Linux & Git** skills
✅ Professional English — written and spoken
✅ Availability of at least **20 hours/week**
⭐ **Preferred**
• Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry
• Security, secrets management, or platform reliability experience
• Open-source contributions or technical writing
• Previous AI training data or model evaluation experience
