Magnet is hiring a **Digital Marketing Specialist** to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid advertising, SEO, social media, and website content.
The company is a growing technology organization based in **Florida**, focused on developing and improving digital products and software solutions.
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Set up, manage, and optimize **Google Ads & Meta Ads** campaigns
🔹 Plan targeting, messaging, creatives, and landing page requirements
🔹 Write ad copy, headlines, captions, and CTAs
🔹 Manage social media platforms and content calendars
🔹 Support **Local SEO, Google Business Profile, keyword research & on-page SEO**
🔹 Monitor leads, conversions, CPL, traffic, engagement, and campaign performance
🔹 Prepare performance reports and optimization recommendations
🔹 Support website and landing page content and conversion optimization
🔹 Coordinate with designers, developers, and project managers
🔹 Manage multiple campaigns, clients, and marketing deliverables
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, Communications**, or related field
✅ **2–3 years** of Digital Marketing & Paid Ads experience
✅ Hands-on experience with **Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager**
✅ Experience with **GA4 & Google Search Console**
✅ Knowledge of Local SEO & Google Business Profile
✅ Keyword Research & On-Page SEO skills
✅ Campaign reporting & performance analysis
✅ Ad copywriting & content planning
✅ UTM tracking & basic conversion tracking
✅ Landing page & website content experience
✅ Familiarity with **Canva, Figma, Adobe**, or similar tools
✅ Creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive
✅ Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
✅ Comfortable working independently with strong ownership
✅ **Excellent English**
