### What You’ll Do
🔹 Review and assess datasets representing real-world equity research analysis
🔹 Analyze earnings reports and perform estimate revisions
🔹 Conduct peer benchmarking and sector analysis
🔹 Review company models covering revenue, margins, cash flow, and valuation drivers
🔹 Produce concise research summaries and event-driven updates
🔹 Develop and articulate investment theses
🔹 Identify industry trends, sector-specific metrics, and company catalysts
🔹 Connect qualitative and quantitative factors to investment perspectives
🔹 Provide feedback on research data quality and content
Job Requirements:
✅ Extensive experience as a **Sell-Side Research Associate** with ownership of company models and written research
✅ OR experience as a publishing/lead **Research Analyst**, potentially at VP or Director level
✅ Experience independently covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles
✅ Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
✅ Ability to connect business drivers to financial outcomes
✅ Deep expertise in at least one sector such as **Banking, Insurance, Biotech**, or another specialized industry
✅ Strong earnings analysis and estimate revision experience
✅ Peer benchmarking and event-driven research experience
✅ Proven ability to develop and defend investment theses
✅ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
✅ Strong data analysis and attention to detail
