Breadfast is hiring an **Inventory Accountant** to oversee inventory counts, reconciliations, stock movements, and inventory control across fulfillment points and main warehouses.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Conduct **weekly inventory counts** across all product categories and valuable items
• Perform full cycle inventory counts every 3 months according to the agreed schedule
• Finalize stock takes and coordinate approvals
• Investigate **negative stock discrepancies** and provide detailed breakdowns
• Support the preparation of quarterly stock take plans
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Verify inventory counts and record adjustments for used, damaged or lost items
• Monitor inventory transactions, warehouse transfers and branch movements
• Maintain strong control over **sub-warehouse balances**
• Follow up with FP Managers on outstanding inventory issues
• Conduct inventory control checklists during site visits
• Collaborate with Operations stakeholders to improve inventory processes
• Handle other inventory-related tasks based on business needs
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• **1–3 years of relevant experience**
• Excellent **MS Office** skills
• Odoo user experience is preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
