**Banque du Caire** is hiring a **Mid Cap Corporate Banking Team Leader** to manage and guide the Corporate Credit team serving Mid-Cap companies, driving portfolio growth, profitability, asset quality, customer centricity, and credit risk management.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage the overall **Mid-Cap Corporate Banking portfolio**, ensuring growth, profitability, and asset quality
• Generate new business opportunities and grow the Bank’s corporate assets
• Drive profitability while maintaining a healthy portfolio and minimizing **NPLs**
• Identify and maximize **cross-selling opportunities** across relevant banking departments
• Build and maintain a structured schedule of client meetings and marketing calls
• Manage key relationships, conduct client visits, and identify new business opportunities
• Monitor performing accounts and proactively identify past-due obligations, excesses, and breaches
• Ensure timely **Credit Portfolio Monitoring (CPM)** reviews and proactively manage credit risks
• Analyze market studies and identify strategic industries and target sectors
• Identify key companies and develop new corporate relationships
• Support credit decisions through relevant industry and company databases
• Identify high-potential clients for deeper relationships and recommend exit strategies for questionable relationships
• Monitor market and government conditions that may affect credit quality
• Ensure competitive services and appropriate financing structures for corporate clients
• Review new corporate banking products and recommend innovative financing solutions
• Prepare business updates and reports for senior management
• Develop team plans covering portfolio growth and new business forecasts
• Coach, train, and evaluate team members to improve productivity and performance
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant discipline**
• **8–10 years of banking experience**
• At least **7 years of Corporate Credit experience**
• **Credit Course / Banking Credit Certification – Required**
• **CFA or MBA – Preferred**
• Strong corporate credit, portfolio management, business development, and risk management expertise
• Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-management skills
