### 🔎 About the Role
QNB Egypt is looking for **Senior Relationship Managers / Relationship Managers** to support the growth of its **Payroll portfolio** by identifying, engaging, and acquiring new corporate payroll clients.
The role focuses on **B2B prospecting, field visits, client acquisition, proposals, negotiations, and end-to-end coordination** until successful payroll onboarding.
### 🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Identify and prospect **new payroll companies** aligned with acquisition priorities
🔹 Conduct **field visits, meetings, and outreach activities** with potential corporate clients
🔹 Assess company readiness, including **headcount, payroll cycle, financial stability, and operational readiness**
🔹 Build and maintain prospect pipelines with clear follow-ups and next steps
🔹 Evaluate the feasibility and attractiveness of potential payroll deals
🔹 Prepare **proposals, offers, and presentations** based on QNB's payroll value proposition
🔹 Present payroll solutions and respond to client inquiries
🔹 Support **negotiations** and clearly communicate benefits, onboarding processes, and service levels
🔹 Coordinate with the **Payroll Fulfillment Team** to ensure smooth onboarding
🔹 Work with Corporate Segments, Retail, and Network Branches when additional support is required
🔹 Track prospects from **initial identification through approval and handover to fulfillment**
🔹 Maintain accurate records of prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and deal progress
🔹 Monitor market trends, sector dynamics, and competing payroll offerings
🔹 Identify potential **bottlenecks and risks** affecting deal progress
🔹 Ensure all activities comply with QNB policies, local regulations, international standards, compliance, AML, and operational risk requirements
Job Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or Commerce**
🏦 Good knowledge of the **banking sector**
**Senior RM:**
✔️ Minimum **4 years of relevant experience**
**RM:**
✔️ Minimum **2 years of relevant experience**
