Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait – Egypt is hiring a **Procurement IT Sourcing Supervisor** to support the bank's procurement operations and ensure an effective purchasing cycle for materials and services.
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Manage the complete procurement cycle for **local and overseas purchases**
🔹 Handle medium-criticality materials and services while meeting requirements for **cost, quality, specifications, and timelines**
🔹 Review end-user procurement requests for completeness and proper authorization
🔹 Receive supplier offers and coordinate with end users to confirm specification compliance
🔹 Support purchasing of **direct and indirect materials**
🔹 Develop purchasing strategies to ensure supply continuity and cost reduction
🔹 Identify and evaluate potential suppliers through available databases
🔹 Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
🔹 Monitor **cost targets and on-time delivery**
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field**
✅ **3–5 years of banking-sector experience**
⭐ Experience in **IT Procurement** is preferred
✅ Broad experience in banking administration
✅ Knowledge of **banking processes and procedures**
✅ Strong supplier management and procurement skills
✅ Ability to balance cost, quality, specifications, and delivery requirements
