micro1 is engaging experienced **Product Managers and Product Owners** as expert contributors to an advanced **AI training and evaluation project**.
⚠️ **Important: This is NOT a traditional Product Manager/Product Owner role.**
This engagement focuses strictly on **evaluating AI-generated product content, specifications, and documentation**.
It does **NOT** involve:
❌ Roadmap ownership
❌ Sprint facilitation
❌ Delivery management
❌ Programme governance
❌ Stakeholder leadership
Candidates whose background is primarily **Project Management, Programme Management, Delivery, or Scrum Leadership** should not apply.
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Evaluate and compare AI-generated **specifications, release notes, user-facing copy, and stakeholder updates**
🔹 Score responses for clarity, tone, instruction adherence, and usefulness
🔹 Write detailed rationales explaining each assessment
🔹 Identify fluent but incorrect or incomplete AI-generated content
🔹 Detect factual inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and missed or exceeded requirements
🔹 Assess whether content is appropriate for executives, technical stakeholders, or end users
🔹 Provide actionable written feedback
🔹 Collaborate virtually and asynchronously with project managers and reviewers
🔹 Maintain consistent evaluation standards and quality
Job Requirements:
✅ Professional experience as a **Product Manager or Product Owner**
✅ **Native-level English fluency** and exceptional written communication
✅ Strong experience writing and evaluating **PRDs, specifications, acceptance criteria, release notes, and decision documents**
✅ Strong understanding of cross-functional product development
✅ Ability to evaluate content for different audiences
✅ Excellent critical analysis and attention to detail
✅ Strong written feedback and documentation skills
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
⭐ **AI evaluation, RLHF, or annotation experience is a plus — but NOT required.**
