micro1 is engaging **Software Engineers** for an advanced AI project focused on evaluating and improving **AI-generated technical outputs**.
⚠️ **This is NOT a traditional software development role.**
The work focuses on **technical evaluation, critical analysis, code/documentation review, and AI training**.
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Evaluate and compare AI-generated responses to technical prompts
🔹 Assess **correctness, clarity, tone, usefulness, and audience suitability**
🔹 Identify subtle technical inaccuracies and misleading explanations
🔹 Score AI outputs and provide detailed written rationales
🔹 Review technical documentation, error messages, code comments, architectural explanations, and instructions
🔹 Identify small errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities, and communication issues
🔹 Document findings with precision and consistency
🔹 Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers
🔹 Work independently and deliver high-quality evaluations within deadlines
Job Requirements:
✅ **Native-level English fluency**
✅ Exceptional written communication skills
✅ Professional experience as a **Software Engineer**
✅ Experience with technical documentation, design docs, API references, or specifications
✅ Experience with **code review, design review, or technical writing feedback**
✅ Strong ability to evaluate technical communication for different audiences
✅ Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills
✅ Exceptional attention to detail
✅ Ability to work independently
⭐ **AI evaluation, annotation, or RLHF experience is a plus — but NOT required.**
