**ADinB – Advertising in Business** is hiring a **Senior Graphic Designer** to lead creative projects, shape visual direction, and develop high-quality designs across branding, digital, print, social media, presentations, and event materials.
### 🎯 What You’ll Do
🔹 Lead creative projects and develop innovative visual concepts
🔹 Create and refine **logos, brand identities, and visual systems**
🔹 Develop designs for branding campaigns, digital & print materials, social media, presentations, and events
🔹 Apply strong typography and layout principles across different touchpoints
🔹 Prepare production-ready files and maintain visual consistency
🔹 Collaborate with **Creative Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, and Account Managers**
🔹 Participate in brainstorming and campaign ideation
🔹 Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining creative quality
🔹 Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices
🔹 Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements:
• **3+ years of experience** in creative/graphic design
• Strong and diverse **portfolio — mandatory**
• Advanced knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & After Effects**
• Strong graphic design, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Experience in **branding, campaign ideation, logo design, and visual identity**
• Solid understanding of typography and visual systems
• Experience in creative/advertising agencies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects and respond constructively to feedback
• **3+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop**
