Khazna is looking for a **Senior Software Test Engineer** to lead end-to-end testing of complex features, own regression and release cycles, drive test automation, and mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers.
### 🔍 What You’ll Do
🔹 Lead end-to-end testing — planning, HLS writing, test cases, execution & sign-off
🔹 Define testing scope, coverage and regression plans
🔹 Build and maintain automation scripts using **Playwright and/or SHAFT Engine**
🔹 Conduct API testing with **Postman** and ensure endpoint coverage
🔹 Perform hands-on mobile testing across **iOS & Android**
🔹 Own release cycles from planning through UAT regression to production sign-off
🔹 Analyze production defects and perform root cause analysis
🔹 Manage **Jira, Zephyr** test cycles and time logging
🔹 Coach and mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers
🔹 Review test cases and HLS documents
🔹 Contribute to QA standards, documentation and continuous improvement
🔹 Identify risks, blockers and coverage gaps before they impact delivery
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• **5 years of QA experience**, including 1–2 years in a senior/lead role
• Hands-on experience with **Playwright and/or SHAFT Engine**
• Strong **API Testing / Postman** experience
• Strong mobile testing experience across **iOS & Android**
• Proficiency in **Jira & Zephyr**
• Experience leading full release cycles in an Agile environment
• Ability to independently write, review and maintain automation scripts
• Experience mentoring/coaching QA team members
• Strong understanding of QA processes, defect lifecycle and documentation
